Privacy Notice

This website is operated by EMIR8 Commodities Trading LLC (“EMIR8”, “we”), an independent company in the United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website.

When you send a project inquiry, we receive the details you enter in the form:

• your name, and your company if you add it;
• your email address, and your phone number if you add it;
• the project location and type, the manufacturer or collection you are interested in, and any product named;
• your message.

To protect the form from abuse, our web server briefly records your IP address. It is used only to limit repeated submissions and is discarded after ten minutes. Like any web host, our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs.

When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own website.

We use your details only to:

• reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
• prepare information, selections and quotations you ask for;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Where a manufacturer’s input is needed to answer your inquiry, we share only the project details needed for that purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Inquiries are delivered by email to the EMIR8 team. Our website is hosted by Bluehost and our team’s email is provided by Apple and Microsoft, so your data may be processed on servers outside the UAE, including in the United States. These providers handle data under their own security and privacy commitments, and we use them only for hosting and email.

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any project that follows, or longer where UAE law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete them.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your data, where you object to its use.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
